Bargain Rent-A-Car was established in February of 1995 as a subdivision of
Wholesale Auto Brokers, Inc. Owned and operated by Cesar Camargo-Sanchez, Bargain Rent-A-Car
was born from the completion of a three-year franchise endeavor with the Rent-A-Wreck system. What began in Lawrence with a fleet of only ten vehicles, has grown to include three additional offices, located in Lowell, Haverhill and Nashua, as well as a fleet of over one hundred rental vehicles. Bargain Rent-A-Car provides automobiles for rent at affordable prices. This
approach is geared towards a segment of the consumer market, which had previously
been overlooked. Bargain Rent-A-Car also provides services to insurance companies, travel agencies, non-profit and community based organizations and auto body/repair shops.
Wholesale Auto Brokers Inc, DB/A Bargain Rent-A-Car is an incorporated business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Chief Executive Officer, Cesar Camargo-Sanchez, has been a successful businessperson in Lawrence, Massachusetts for fourteen years, and has been in the automobile industry since 1986, when he was at the age of eighteen. In 1989 Mr Camargo-Sanchez purchased Wholesale Auto Brokers, Inc, to expand his used auto dealership to better serve his growing clientele. In 1992, a transportation division was added to the company's profile, which led to the foundation of the existing car rental company. Originally afflliated with the Rent-A-Wreck franchise, Cesar obtained critical experience which led to the successful transition, in 1995, to the independent rental car company known as Bargain Rent-A-Car.
